Without question it will, at least in my opinion. A flashy new building, that'll attract students. And beyond that, it'll attract more average people from the area....they'll come just to see the new...

I don't think it will hurt, and I think it will help bring some of the casual fans back to USD basketball.

Not sure on the figures, but when I was there, it seemed like more athletes lived amongst the general pop (sounds like a prison term there....). Now, that's changed a bit with the Coyote Village dorms.

USD tries a lot of things, but at the end of the day, the culture at a suitcase college is hard to change. Students leave on the weekends. To me, building a bridge between the programs and the students...

I agree James. Gotta give USD credit because they try to get more students at the games with promotions and other things.

I believe he said best for a non State-U game, but yes. Both the USD men and women have teams worth getting behind. I realize there is more to college than going to games, or so I'm told, but going to...

And big. One of the things Coach James talked about was the size differential, especially on the perimeter.

NDSU men won in Vermillion by 26 last season. Not sure how tomorrow night goes, still see the Bison winning. Too experienced, too athletic, too explosive.
